His response was I can see they’re in the next session aswell looking at their wrist bands so Itl reopen again then! Well luckily they were because if they weren’t they would’ve missed out on the ninja course for that hour session. Well that was never explained when I purchased tickets for my children to go on both activities. When I asked a staff member if it was closed after my child had come back to see me a few times saying there is no one there so we can’t go on it and had waited numerous times over there he said no aw we don’t have it open the whole session just part of it like he didn’t want to say anything. My two children went on the trampolines first and went on the ninja course a couple of times and then it appeared to be closed. Pretty disappointed we came along for the ninja warrior course and was booked in over the phone after being told about a “special” where you got the trampolines and ninja course together at a special price. Just be sure about when you want to go and stick to it. The on-line booking systems are easy to navigate, but once you're booked in - you're in (no refunds if you change your mind or time slot). Both are extremely busy and you must book on-line at least a week in advance. For my needs and the ages of my children, I would vote Bounce as the better option. The whole experience was stress-free and fun. We observed from above and used the café area which was very well priced. We booked for 1 hour which was plenty of time and the kids participated in free jumping, dodgeball, basket ball and flipping into a foam pit. Parents can also walk down onto the lower floor to take photos and be closer. Bounce at Tingalpa is split level with the entry/café/parent viewing area up high overlooking the entire jumping area. We waited 15 minutes to receive a small chips for $5. With only 1 register operating, there was a queue more than 10 deep. The café area at Sky Zone is overpriced and so busy. The added advantage of Sky Zone is a large laser tag area where the kids participated in a 10 minute game after bouncing. Due to the zoned areas, it's also very difficult to take photos of them jumping. My problem was that I had three children with me and if they wanted to participate in different activities, I couldn't see them all at the same time. As a parent you cannot sit and have coffee and watch your kids. They have exactly the same trampolining activities as Bounce, but everything is zoned in walled-off rooms. It is very well decked out with funky furniture and bean bags, and the staff were very friendly at check-in. When we entered Sky Zone we were overwhelmed by the noise in the foyer/café area. Both are based on the same principle of multiple trampoling. In the last few weeks we have taken our 9 and 11 year olds to Sky Zone at Macgregor and Bounce at Tingalpa.
